ARE U FEELING UPSET??
Every upset you've ever had with another human being has been a rules upset..You weren't upset with the person; you were upset that she violated one of your rules. One of your standards or beliefs about how things must or should be.. In fact, you may have violated one of your own rules for how you should behave, think, or feel..
Next time you start getting upset with someone, remember that you're not upset with the person.. You are reacting to your rules for the situation.. It's about how to communicate in a more heartfelt fashion..
Even if I've clarified all my rules in advance, misunderstandings can still occur. That's why ongoing communication is so important... Anyhow, the fewer rules I have in my relationships, the happier I'll be..

Do you have to be hugged, told how much you're respected, be acknowledged by your community, achieved spiritual enlightenment?? The truth is that nothing has to happen in order you to feel good. You can feel good right now if you choose to!! After all, when all this happens, who's going to make you feel good..? YOU ARE..

A METAPHOR OF ME
Have I become a butterfly??What I'm asking now is: Am I still a caterpilar? I need to know if I've already encased myself in cocoon and turning into a butterfly.. And this will become the beginning of a whole new life.. Really, I wish to fly high, to become more happier, beautiful and powerful than ever before..
I just have to trust that GOD knows when it is time for me to become a butterfly..

Humans have dramatically changed the face of Earth.. Farming, industrialization and the growth of towns and cities have all had a huge impact on the way we live. Humans have done a great deal of damage to Earth. Forests have disappeared, natural vegetation has been cleared to make a way for farmland, towns and cities. Industrialization has polluted the seas, rivers and atmosphere..
